The very latest and very best in Gauge 1 Radio Control. The neat handset, which fits easily into a pocket, is very simple to use. It can control up to fifty engines all at the same time. Information is displayed on the LCD screen. Automatic head and tail light operation, and six side channels for controlling such things as sound cards etc. The receiver unit is a combined receiver and electronic speed controller. .

SPEKTRUM 2.4GHz
The Spektum range of equipment offers a more traditional and less expensive approach to controlling a battery-powered locomotive. You will also need to purchase an electronic speed controller to go with the Spektrum receiver for electric locos, (see next page). 

Speed controllers simply plug directly into the one of the six ports on the very small receivers. A Speed Controller powers the receiver, no separate R/C battery is required. With servos this equipment can also be used to control live steam Gauge 1 engines. It is a proven totally glitch free system. Host of accessories.

PLANET T5 2.4GHz

The Plant T5 R/C system is an excellent budget 2.4GHz R/C Sysytem. There are three differences between the Planet T5 and the Spektrum 2.4GHz systems. The Planet T5 has a range of around 150 metres, the Spektrumis a far as you can see. The 'Link up time' is around 5 to 10 seconds when turning on the radios, where as the Spektrum is no more than 2 seconds. The Planet T5 is very much cheaper, but the control is every bit as good. The Planet T5 is highly recommended for plastic and wooden bodied locos etc.
